Here I am alone again,
Spending time with you again,
Precious moments of my day.

Lead me in your way again,
Cleanse my heart from sin again,
Precious Spirit, come and stay.

Fill my soul with joy again,
Teach me how to trust again,
Lead me boldly in your way.

Guard my house and kin again,
Bless this land from end to end,
Guide us in our feeble way.

Then I raise my voice again,
Praising you from songs within,
Fragance from a sweet bouquet.

Now I humbly bow again,
List'ning to your words again,
Let your Spirit have your say.

O, my precious God and Friend,
How I love this time we spend,
In the morning every day.
